Shipping and Returns
How soon will I receive my order?Our products are created individually for you and as such take time. All none personalised orders are shipped within 3-5 working days plus the shipping time depending on the location. Personalised gifts can take longer as they need to be created according to your instructions so it is a good idea to place your order in plenty of time. We will always try to meet your deadlines whenever possible so if you need an item before the expected delivery date, please send us an email or give us a call and we will do our best to get your order to you as required.
You will receive emails updating you on your orders progress.
Once the order has been dispatched these are the shipping times:
UK: 5-7 working days
EU: 5-7 working days
Rest of the World: 5-7 working days
What if I notice the address is wrong?
If you notice that the shipping address on an order is incorrect, please notify us as soon as possible at firstname.lastname@example.org, including the order number and the correct shipping address.
Providing the order hasn’t yet been shipped, we will be happy to edit the destination and ship to the new address.
However, if the order has already been shipped and the address is incorrect, this isn’t something we will take responsibility for. You can place a duplicate order and we will ship to the correct address, or wait to see if the package is returned to us due to an unsuccessful delivery.
If the address is invalid, the delivery service will return the package to sender once delivery has been attempted (this can take 3-6 weeks for post to be returned). Once we have received the returned parcel, we will notify you via e-mail and await your response.
What if I want to cancel my order?If you want to cancel your order please let us know as soon as possible at email@example.com and by telephone at 0333 050 7147. All our products are created individually for you when you place your order, we don't carry stock. We are a small family run business and so can not accept returns if you change your mind. However if your order has not yet been processed we will cancel and return your payment.
What if my order is damaged or lost in transit?
If an order is lost or damaged in transit, we take full responsibility for this.
If you receive an item that has been damaged in transit, all we ask is that you send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org – include the Order Number & an image of the item, once received we will ship a replacement out as soon as possible.
We do have to give the delivery service reasonable time to deliver any parcel. However, if you have not received your order and the advised delivery period has past, please e-mail us at email@example.com including the Order Number and we will look into this for you.
If your order has been lost then we will ship the replacement out to you as soon as possible. This is a rare occurrence but we are aware that it is a possibility and will rectify the situation as soon as we can.
How much will I be charged for shipping?
We use printing labs across Europe and the US so all our shipping is £3.00.
Why am I being charged for shipping in the UK when my order is over £50?
Enter your UK delivery address in the shopping cart and choose your delivery method - Royal Mail Free Shipping On Orders Over £50. The Delivery charge will be removed from your order.
